Mark T. Sadaka is an accomplished trial lawyer, who is nationally recognized as a leader in his field. Mr. Sadaka was selected for inclusion in the 2011 New York Super Lawyers® list. His practice focuses on complex product liability, toxic tort, vaccine, business and commercial litigation. He is a tough and passionate advocate devoted to his clients.
His dynamic thinking and problem solving abilities are attributed to his educational and legal background. This unique foundation contributes to an unparalleled understanding of his craft. It is Mr. Sadaka’s belief that “if we can’t solve your complex legal issue then it is unsolvable”.
Born in Brooklyn, New York Mark Sadaka developed a strong sense of empathy early on in his life. Mr. Sadaka wanted to help people and he decided to attend Penn State University. As a student, he worked with AIDs patients in an infectious disease department of a large hospital. Mr. Sadaka witnessed the weakest members of our society endure mistreatment and misunderstanding, which fueled his animosity towards unfair treatment.
After college, Mr. Sadaka earned a Master of Science in Public Health degree from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine with specialization in toxicology and risk assessment. During his studies, Tulane’s Environmental Law Clinic won a key victory in stopping a chemical plant from being built in a minority community already overburdened with pollution. This triumph coupled with his inherent need to help people was the determining factor, which influenced Mr. Sadaka’s decision to pursue the practice of law.
Mr. Sadaka went on to earn his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis where he served as an editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. During law school, Mark Sadaka was designated a Public Service Scholar with Highest Distinction for his commitment to public service.
Mr. Sadaka’s practice is just as diverse as his hybrid background. His unique blend of science and legal methodology allows him to take a specialized and focused approach to each case he handles. His scientific training and analysis has made him a leader in litigating complex vaccine litigation, product liability, pollution and toxic exposure, personal injury, medical device and pharmaceutical cases. In addition to those practice areas, he also represents both American and foreign companies in commercial and business disputes.
Mr. Sadaka’s ability to effectively navigate through these complex matters has earned him numerous accolades, invitations for speaker engagements and most importantly, the loyalty and trust of his client
