Outdated vaccine production fed swine flu hysteria
Most vaccines are produced using methods many years old. When the warning about the swine flu outbreak appeared it took vaccine manufacturers many months to increase the supply of the vaccine. The federal government ordered nearly 200 million doses – double the amount of seasonal flu vaccine produced each year.
